Ladies: Actual Bra Size (34A, B, C) Waist & Band Size (in inches) Bottom Piece Size (S, M, L) Ladies: Bra Option (Regular Bra, Wire Bra, Monokini, Whole Piece) Ladies: Bottom Piece Option (Bikini, Thong, High Waist) Men: Waist Size (in inches) Pants Size (XSmall – 3XL) Female & Male: T Shirt Size (XS- 3XL) Failure to provide accurate sizes during registration will not be the responsibility of section leaders. Please order your correct size.

XIA International Bands’ registration is open from the day our website is launched until costumes are sold out or by the last full payment date 9/9/2024, whichever comes first. Always register via our website to ensure registration is valid.

Each Section may have different additional options. Costumes may come with options for larger headpieces, collars, backpacks and other embellishments at an additional cost. If these options are available, they will be detailed on the registration page and in the section photo galleries, along with the cost attached.

XIA International Band does not maintain a waiting list however, there are very rare instances where a masquerader may cancel their order and notify us. Please email xiainternational@gmail.com and we will try our best to get you a costume, however we cannot make any promises.

No. Xia International does not allow masqueraders to design their own costumes. You MUST wear your full Xia International Band's costume together with wristbands in order to be within the Band. Masqueraders failing to follow these strict guidelines will be escorted out of the band.

Xia International Band only allows registered masqueraders to jump in the band. Non-masqueraders may observe from the side-lines outside the band; however they will not be allowed to participate.

We welcome all ages, shapes, and sizes. Must be 21+ to drink. Appropriate wristbands will be given out at Mas Camp (costume pickup).

The starting point will be on your checklist along with our bands # of appearance in the parade lineup. Be sure to read your checklist for specific location (This will be available at costume distribution) The start time will also be confirmed in your checklist Information will also be made available on our website and all social media platforms.

No. Unfortunately XIA International does not offer refunds. Carnival costumes are customized items made to the specific measurements you provided during registration.

XIA International can facilitate costume transfers. Please follow these steps: Ensure the seller provides XIA International with a letter authorizing them to transfer ownership to the new owner. The new owner now absorbs full responsibility as outlined in general masquerader registration. Alternatively, the original owner can send an authorization email to support@xiainternational.com from the email address used when purchasing their costume.

9/9/24 – remaining balance is due. You can log in at any time before 9/9/24 and apply payments to your balance. We will also have IG posts, stories, and email blasts with payment reminders.

Mas Camp will be open tentatively October 5-7th, specific times will be released later with exact dates for each costume. You may pick up your costume on or after the specific drop date for your section. We will also have IG posts, stories, and email blasts with distribution information.
