1. Registration & Payments

• All masqueraders must complete registration through the official XIA Carnival platform or authorized representatives.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your costume. Full payment deadlines will be communicated upon registration.

• Failure to complete payments by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your costume without refund.

2. Costume Design & Modifications

• Costumes are custom-designed and may vary slightly from prototype images due to availability of materials or production adjustments.

• XIA Carnival reserves the right to make minor modifications to any costume components while maintaining the original aesthetic.

• Changes do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

3. Sizing & Fittings

• Sizing must be provided accurately during registration. While XIA Carnival aims to accommodate all body types, the masquerader is responsible for providing correct sizing information.

• XIA Carnival is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or outdated sizing submissions.

4. Distribution & Collection

• Costumes must be collected during the specified distribution period. Valid ID and confirmation may be required.

• Uncollected costumes will be forfeited without refund after the final distribution date unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing.

5. Transfers

• Costumes are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual upon written request and approval.

• All transfers must be completed and fully paid before distribution week. XIA Carnival is not responsible for private transfer disputes.

6. Event Participation

• Participation in the road experience is contingent on full payment and costume collection.

• Masqueraders must adhere to band rules, safety protocols, and any guidelines set by the Miami Carnival Committee.

• XIA Carnival reserves the right to remove any individual from the band for behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

7. Force Majeure

• XIA Carnival is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, public health emergencies, government orders, or event cancellations by organizers.

• No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

8. Media Release
By participating with XIA Carnival, you consent to being photographed or recorded. XIA Carnival reserves the right to use images and footage for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

9. Liability Waiver
By registering, you release XIA Carnival, its affiliates, and partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during costume distribution, Carnival events, or band participation.
